We use Google’s official OAuth2 interface for secure data exchange. Your login data and tokens are stored in encrypted form, so no one can access your account without authorization.
What happens with negative reviews?
Especially when it comes to critical reviews, a confident reply is crucial. Our AI factors in tone and business context to create a professional draft for you. If needed, you can always provide additional comments or details—similar to ChatGPT—and our tool will incorporate that info into a refined professional response. Of course, you can always edit or reject the final suggestion before it goes online.
What if I don’t like an AI reply?
You always have full control: In the email, you’ll see a “Edit Reply” button. That lets you adjust the suggestion or write a completely custom statement.
Do I have to log in for each new review?
No. You get the reply suggestions conveniently via email. One click on the “Post” button is enough to put the AI response online. If necessary, you can edit or choose not to publish it—all without a separate dashboard.
How much does the tool cost?
Initially, we offer a waitlist you can join. Once our tool is ready, we’ll notify you via email and you can use it fully during the beta phase at no cost. After that, we plan a flexible pricing model between €9 and €99 per month—depending on your number of locations and monthly reviews. There will also always be a free tier for up to 5 reviews per month.
